8 Key Resources for Youth in Crisis

Good news for Gen Z – there is plenty of support out there for crises and struggles including suicide, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, eating disorders and more. Youth need to be heard! While in-person outreach is always best, contacting a crisis hotline via phone, text, or chat is the next best thing. Here, I single out four beacons of hope from I- Reviews:
